Last Logged into Sheet Enhancement

When a user doesn't have SSO capabilities (i.e., no Microsoft account or google account) or already have an existing account, there is currently no way to see when they have last logged into a sheet.

Right now I am pulling the following but it doesn't seem to meet my needs:

Access List - Shows when any user logs in and modifies but I just want to know who logs in

Logins List - This is only users on the user account list - I cannot add some of our partners as mentioned above because they don't have SSO capabilities or already have an existing SmartSheet account within their company

Users List - Only shows users on the user account list and when they last logged in; this is what I want but for anyone (whether on the list or not).
