Most Efficient Share Removal

We have a team member switching departments and no longer needs shared access to hundreds of sheets with our department. While we removed her from workspace sharing privileges, that does not appear to override any individually shared sheets, reports, etc. Is there a better way to remove her, yet keeping access to other items she needs shared to from other departments? Right now it means going layers deep and touching each item to remover her permissions. Please save me if you can...

Unfortunately, you will have to go through all those sheets. But next time, if you will be sharing the smartsheet per item, better to set up a group management so anyone who needs access or removing them will be easy. Group Management can be accessed only by the one who created it.

Thank you; I had to try! And yes we do utilize that now; these were part of a new line of business that started out with a smaller group of people and more locked down access. The more you know!
