Workflows - Streamlining Multiple Change Paths

I recently learned that I could have multiple change paths, and I was thrilled, no longer duplicating and changing for each criteria! But I am stuck on this one. Below is one of many workflows. The user will enter the Workstream (Train and Resources), and then the PM field will assign a person. I want multiple conditions in the same workflow, each of my Workstreams and assign specific people , I have a dropdown AND a Contact field for this information
