Please allow the capability to create 'OR' filters in dynamic views. Currently, i am able to create only 'AND' filters. This will greatly help in team meeting facilitation and program management across complex, inter-dependent work streams.

Agreed. Why would you allow use of an AND operator without also developing functionality with an OR operator?
Not understanding why in 5 years no one at Smartsheets has addressed this, It seems like an easy option to add. just be able to choose OR
Trying to win people over to using this more and more, and when I hit issues like this people do the usual, "Oh, OK" not impressed tone
How is this not an option? Seems like a basic filtering need.
