Resource Management Archiving and assignments

Hi everyone,

What is the expected behaviour of users' assignments when a project is archived in RM ? I assumed assignments (especially current and future) would be removed or stopped counting towards the users allocation heatmap. Seems like this does not happen.

I checked in with our Support team and I see you raised a ticket internally with us, thank you!

If anyone else has the same question, there have been reports of instances where ongoing or future assignments within a project are not affected by archiving. This is currently being investigated but we do not have an ETA for when it may be resolved.

For now, if the project is ‘Disconnected’ from within Resource Management's (RM's) Integrations Panel before the project is archived in RM, the issue doesn’t occur.
