Sticky Notes?

Our group uses dashboards as an overall communication tool for various things, but some type of sticky note (like post its), or an editable "white board" could be of serious use to us.

A place to stick a notable topic, or reminder to the team, or an individual, or track a rolling to do list right on a dashboard would be a dream! Bonus if they could be individually color formatted or allow for @ mentions!

Has there ever been any consideration for a feature like that? Even if a rich text widget could have a toggle option to be live editable, it would do wonders for our team!
