Is there a way to have the automated update request come from my outlook email instead of Smartsheet

I am trying to send out update request to external vendors for a specific sheet, however, there was a concern that the vendor would ignore the email as it was coming from Smartsheet instead of a known outlook address. Is there a way to send the update from outlook instead? Or a way to create a Power Automate flow that will do this ?

Any ideas or suggestions would be great.

Thank you!

I have the same challenge β€” and I don't want it to come from the sheet owner, I would like to specify that it is coming from our IT general email account β€” our vendor needs to auto-reply back to the email from SS, and if we send from our organization, it doesn't work. Unless … is there a way to assign an email address to our organization, separate from a person?
