IT PMO Template Instructions

I'm new to Smartsheet and need assistance with using templates. I didn't see instructions on how to use the IT PMO template, but I like the functionality and want to use existing projects to add to the template as well as create new projects from the Intake process. Would love a guide or even one on one support engagement.

That template set has a complexity rating of "High" - I'm very impressed that you're new and want to start with this!

However you're right, since this is a newer template there isn't yet a step-by-step guide on how to customize it for your own needs. May I suggest starting with the Project Management Office template set instead? It has the step-by-step guide but is still fairly complex.

There are a number of free resources to help you get started in Smartsheet in general in the Help Center, including a number of webinars (see: Onboarding Webinars)

I noticed that a new IT PMO template was recently released, which looks great and could be very useful. However, it seems to have been released without any basic instructions or guidance on how to use it effectively.

I am specifically looking for instructions on how to link a copied project from the template to the portfolio in the intake sheet. Providing at least some basic instructions would greatly help users understand how to maximize the benefits of this new template.
