I have a sheet that is fairly basic. It is a list of rows for each call made in the last month. The important columns are only "call direction" and "User Display Name". (there are a few others, but dont matter). This sheet does not change, but will probably be used as a template that i import the call data into each month.
I just want some report/dashboard/summary that will show total number of outbound calls, and inbound calls. Then also want to show how many outbound and inbound calls each user made/recieved. Thats it. Cannot figure out how to get it to work. I either get told it cant use the data, or i just cant select columns or anything. So i just want the easiest way to do this.
(eventually i will want a dashboard that shows per month, etc, but i need to get one dashboard working first).
