Sheet not coming up for workflow

I am trying to create an automation event that copies a row from my Order Tracker to my Shipping Tracker but none of my sheets are coming up for me to select where to copy to. At first I thought that it was because my Logistics Manager created the Shipping Tracker but I have edit permissions for that and also, none of my sheets are coming up. Also, we have the Business Plan.
