Transfer of folder/sheets from old account to new Europe account

I'm a licensed user in Department 1 (account 1 business plan) that has started at Department 2 (account 2 pro plan) and I therefore need to transfer my folder/sheets from account 1 to account 2. When I try to share sheets from account 1 with an existing licensed user in account 2, then a "free account" opens with the shared sheets insted of connecting to the existing licensed user account in account 2. Why are the licensed user account bypassed? Has it anything to do with tranfer to/creating an European account (account 2)? How do I share files bewtween licensed users of the two accounts?

You are not able to share anything from a ".com" to a ".eu" instance. Anything that needs to move between the two instances will need to be rebuilt from scratch.

Thanks for your reply - I already started rebuilding the most important sheet some hours ago, and the rest will keep me busy for at while I guess :)
