Smartsheet User Names - Resource Management - Temp Contractors

Hello -

We have one constant email address that gets used by a few people for specific projects, so it's not always the same person. Contract employees - not permanent. I was told that my recurring error in Smartsheet not syncing to Resource Management is due to inconsistent naming within the sheet to RM. What's suggested for something like an "Info@" email address that gets rotated?
