Add End Date Option to Form Submissions

It would be great if there was an option to have an end date for a form submission so that you do not need to go in manually and make it inactive.

Open Sheets in New Tab/Window from Reports
In a report, we have a column that links to all the project sheets that have been pulled in. When you click a link, however, it opens it in the same window, so you lose your place in the report. It would be great to have an option to click it and open in a new window or a new tab instead.
