Can you create a workflow that emails the line attachment as an actual attachment instead of a link?

I have a smartsheet that creates a certificate once the user details have been entered, then emails a copy of the certificate to the user once an email address has been added, but would be better if the line attachment was attached to the email instead of just a link to the attachment.

Also when I add 4 or 5 the send attachment automation sends each line as a separate email, but when I add 12 lines at once, it sends them all on one email without the automation message.

Any ideas how to change this so it always sends one email for each line, or if it can add them all on one email and include the custom message we've set on the automation, even better.

Unfortunately, it's not possible now, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit this as a Product Feedback or Idea (If it hasn't been added already) when you have a moment.

Q2.

Placeholders will generate separate notifications when using placeholders with Alert or Update Request actions in change-based workflows if six or fewer rows are triggered simultaneously. If seven or more rows are triggered at once, the custom subject and body will be removed.
