Create Triggers Module Issue

I have a series of sheets that I need to create triggers for that I am trying to scale via automatic trigger createion.

We have a custom module in Bridge for both Create Triggers and Create Templatized triggers. I've tried using both, and while it says completed in the run log, they do not show up on the identified workflows. I use the get triggers to check to make sure they are created, and they are also showing up in those results. Any help on this would be appreciated!

@kimberlys It could be a timing delay for the UI. Have you tried refreshing and looking a little bit later?

Since this is a very customized solution, you will probably need to follow up with whoever created it for you.

@kimberlys @Samuel Mueller Agree with Sam, Smartsheet Triggers is not a standard module for Bridge, someone coded that integration for you. I'd love to know how that code works, but I'm guessing your company paid someone to create it for you, so likely not shareable.

Thanks both. The issue persisted so escalated via ticket. In theory, it would be a great module to have! But so far no luck.

I’d be surprised if you get Smartsheet support to figure this one out. Smartsheet didn’t create that trigger module for your company, someone private did. So they aren’t going to have insight into how it works. Maybe I’m wrong, certainly doesn’t hurt to try. But you might want to see if you can chase down whoever created it in the first place for troubleshooting.
