Hello all,

I work for a university and I have to track the grants!

I need to track dealines of reports, Invoices submission, payments and grants close out.

Does anyone has a template they would like to share?

Also, does anyone uses Smartsheet to communicate wit PI the balances on their accounts?

You can find templates in the Solution center. You can use one of the Project Management templates there: https://app.smartsheet.com/r/template-gallery

However I suppose the standard Project sheet should be sufficient for your purposes:
