Seeking a Template and Dashboard for Goal Tracking

Hi all,

Newer to SS and hoping for guidance here. We have an annual goal plan established with 2 goal segments (Leadership & Business). Leadership goals have 5 with different weighting % that offer options to select under the Leadership Goal topic. Business Goals are customizable and weighting can differ for each team member. Quarterly updates are submitted to show progress.

I'm seeking a tracker and rollup dashboard where all initial goals are entered (can also be categorized by the department for dashboard reporting) and applied visual tracking to see who may be at risk of not hitting their goal by year-end.

Any ideas on where to start? TIA!
