Data Format for Contact List Column Type

We are using the Slack integration to add a row to a sheet through a Slack workflow. We are getting stuck with one column, it's failing when we try and populate a 'Contact List' column. Tried the following formats:

• FirstName LastName
• Email
• FirstName LastName <Email>
• FirstName LastName (Email)

Is there a way to populate this column type from an integration? What's the data format?

BONUS: This column type supports multiple recipients, what's the format for multiple recipients?

According to this article -> https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495976241805-Common-Problems-with-Smartsheet#i-m-getting-the-error-message-of-value-is-not-supported-for-this-column-type-use-objectvalue-instead--0-11, you can’t send more than 1 contact record to a cell and you have to ensure your column does not support multiple contact values.
