Can Entries be Added in to the Calendar App from the Calendar itself? see screenshots

When trying to add an entry via this Panel on the Details panel on the right, it give me the error message shown below that. Every time, even in different sessions, refreshed, restarted, etc. Can this be done? If not, is there a workaround for quick entry right into the Calendar?

This looks strange, can you try another browser and also check once from the below help document you hvae followed all the steps correctly.
