Different Dashboard View

Hi all,

I have trouble with my smartsheet dashboard view (publish)

Shown below is my published report view.

However, when other people use the same link, it appear like this:

I am not sure why it happened that way. But all of them can't view the data in card view. Only in Grid View.

Is it the same for all views in card view? Are all empty for the viewer?

Yes, it is the same for all the viewer when they view in card view. I have received several complaint from my end-user saying that they can't view like how I view. I am not sure if I missed out anything.

Other members have reported this as well, there is currently a known issue that's being investigated with published Card View content not being shown. Here's more information on another post:

Alright duly noted on this matter. Thank you for your information. I thought I am the only one having this issue. For now, will mitigate the issue to something temporary until it is solved.
