Follow people in Resource Management

Hi there,

In Resource Management you can follow projects to enable notifications. It would be great as a manager of a team if I could follow people. This way I could get updates on any changes to resources in my team and manage accordingly.

My team may work across multiple projects in a matrix organisation but I don't need to know about changes to all resources in the project, just the impact on my team.
