Report does not print Gantt (PDF) for all users

I have a report that shows the Gantt on the screen.  Most users can export the report to PDF and the Gantt shows in the PDF.  I have one user that cannot get the Gantt to show up in the PDF.  In the PDF Setup box, they do not see the "Gantt Date Range" selection.  They do have the Gantt view selected.  Any idea why this user would not be able to export the Gantt to PDF?

Ah, never mind...solved it.  When you go to the report in the workspace, right click and Export to PDF you don't get the Gantt.  If you run the report and export from within the report, you DO get the Gantt.  

As always, it helps to see exactly what the user is doing!
