Can a SysAdmin transfer ownership of a WorkApp

I have a user that left the company and was offboarded, their content was transferred to the appropriate person but their WorkApps have been lost. Should they have been transferred to the chosen user when their account was offboarded?

There currently isn't a way for a System Admin to transfer Workapps from the Admin Center while transferring Smartsheet items. The user would need to transfer them before being deactivated. Here's more information: Transfer ownership of a WorkApp

You can contact Support to help with the transfer if the user has already been deactivated. Please see the steps in the Help Article linked above:
