Currently there is no easy way to identify what premium app assets was created by the user who is leaving the company. (or left the company) System admin is not able to view assets created by the user for DataMesh Pivot Workapp System admin can view asset created by user but unable to transfer ownership: Data Shuttle Some…
It would be helpful, as an admin or owner of a workspace, to be able to run a report that shows when sheets/reports/dashboards, in my workspace, have last been accessed. This might allow me to see things that need to be deleted/archived. I can go in item by item, but this is VERY time consuming. I can get a sharing report…

Is there a report that can tell us which sheets are shared externally or to which emails we are sharing sheets externally?
When a user's Smartsheet license is removed we are currently unaware if a person has any configs in Data Mesh. When a person is deleted or license removed, these configs should go to an escrow account like we do currently with sheets. We just learned someone had configs and fortunately the person's ID had not been deleted…
Has anyone developed a job description for a Smartsheet administrator? willing to share?
