How to create a chart for accrued hours by 3 individual

Good day everyone,

I am currently trying to create a graphical / numberical represenstation of accrued hours by 3 individuals to visually representing their total accrued hours in a sheet.

Basically, the sheet/form is running accordingly with manager's approval and all the factors.

How can I create a Dashboard (with bar graph or just a number) to reflect the total hours these 3 individuals as accrued in simplest form of

Mr. A = xxx Hours

Mr B = xxx Hours

Mr C = xxx Hours

I would suggest creating a row report that references the sheet. You can then group by name and then use the report summary feature to get your totals. Finally, you would use this report as the source data for a bar chart.
