Report Not Showing Any Columns from Sheet
These are the column names from the sheet I am creating a report from...
These are the options for columns that show up on the report...
I am doing something wrong that is keeping the columns from displaying on the report? I have created several other, similar reports before and never had this problem.

Hi @Savanna G.
I hope you're well and safe!
You probably selected the Sheet Summary Report instead of the Row Report. Try creating a new one.
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

This may sound so elementary .... but I have had that issue when Smartsheet is running a little slow. If I close the new report and wait 5 minutes or so, then re-open it, the column titles "magically" appear. I hope it's that easy for you!

Thank you Pauline, but unfortunately I don't think that's the answer 😔
I have been attempting this same thing every day since Monday 4/1, and it is the same every day, even though I turn off/reboot my computer and SmartSheet daily.

Hi Andree,
Even i am facing the same issue. However, i tried creating Row Report and I am able to see the needed columns. However, I want a report summarizing the number of the tasks that are Open/Not Started/In Progress/Completed.
I see similar kind of report in "Project status and rollup" example. can you please help here?

Anil,
I was having the same problem. The issue was that I did not create the summary information in the Grid View sheet by using the Summaries button on the bottom right (some screenshots at this link below). Hope this helps!
