Managing fields displayed in an automated update email - placeholders?

I need to create an automated update message that will be sent to executive leadership. The message contains three columns from eight rows on my project sheet and has a link embedded to the published sheet. (See below) I need to remove the link automatically inserted at the top of the message.

I tried placeholders (which I am not exactly sure how to use and haven't found good examples in the documentation yet), but that just repeats the message for each row of data.

    Hi @Liz O

I hope you're well and safe!

I'd recommend creating another Workflow structured the way you need without the link.

    Make sense?

    Would that work/help?

    I hope that helps!

Be safe, and have a fantastic week!

I want the link I put in the email to the published sheet, so no one has to login.

I want to get rid of the link that is automatically put there when the you select the option sheet and fields to get the rows to appear
