Knowledge Base to Onboarding
I am setting out on a path to utilize Smartsheet as a Knowledge Base platform for our department.
Just as the brain is made up of many parts and connective tissue, so are the functional roles of the business.
Smartsheet does integrate video, SharePoint and Lucidchart which conveniently reduces Phase 1 setup.
Phase 1 - Generate Executive oversight by Client and Functional Role productivity (e.g., status, impact, risk). Functional Role has resources (e.g., learning content) at fingertips to execute prescriptive procedures including help and escalation ticket requests.
Phase 2 - Generate an Onboarding Experience canvas from Executive to Direct Manager addressing various learning styles, employee engagement and retention.

It's great to hear how you're using Smartsheet! Is there a specific question you have regarding your Phase 2?
If you're on an Enterprise plan, you may want to look at using a Workapp to keep your assets together but be able to surface additional pages as well. Here's more information:

@Genevieve P. There was no real question, but, more just a discussion in case anyone else was interested on different ways Smartsheet is being utilized.
I have been looking into WorkApps as a viable solution too.
Still waiting on my company to enable my credentials in the Developer Community so that I can utilize Python.
