dynamic drop downs and plan level

Is there any way to use dynamic dropdowns in sheets without invoking the data shuttle and moving my commitment from 7$ a month to 25? Did I run into a gotcha?

@pissed The only way to incorporate dynamic dropdowns is to utilize the API, or data shuttle. I believe you must be on a business plan to use the API. Data Shuttle is an added-on module on top of a business plan.
