At the moment in a workflow, the Alter Someone allows it to be sent to every shared with the sheet. It should be possible to choose whether its all, or just admin, editors or viewers.

Sheet Formula to reference DataTable
DataTables work well for their limited purpose. However, to analyze the data you must create a limited sheets from the data then analyze that data, even if all you want is a Sum Total.
