Webform miscommunication

I had 3 requests that were sent via Smartsheet webform that never appeared on the corresponding sheet. The requester received 3 confirmation emails, however the requests do not show in the sheet, or on the Activity log.

Has anyone dealt with a similar issue??

This has been solved! The issue was a second webform that was created with a similar title that got used in error.
