Customizing the minimum and maximum values on the bar graph in the Dashboard

I am preparing several bar graphs in the Dashboard but the minimum and maximum values vary depending on the graphs. In my case, I want to set 0% as the minimum and 100% as the maximum value.

I asked the technical support center but learned that there is no feature in the Dashboard. Please join me in requesting a useful feature to enhance functionality. Thank you!
