Resource Management License Needed to Access Slide Out?

Do you have to be a licensed user in Resource Management (RM) to access the RM slide out from a sheet? I understand that you need to be licensed to manage resources and project plans from rm.smartsheet.com, but do you need an RM license to do these same functions but from a sheet instead?

To create the connection between a Smartsheet project sheet to a Resource Management project plan, you must be the following:

• a licensed Smartsheet user
• the sheet owner or admin
• a Resource Management portfolio editor, project editor or resourcing admin

However if the panel integration has already been configured/set up for that sheet, then your collaborators in Smartsheet will be able to see it as well.

• Resourcing Administrators, Portfolio Editors, and People Schedulers can update assignments in Resource Management.
• Owners, Admins, and sheet Editors can update assignments in Smartsheet.
