Have lower hierarchy show in approval form

I am trying to make the data in the drop downs show in a form that gets email.

Is this possible to have year, make, model, SN, data and so on this form that comes to your email

    The dropdown options would need to be listed in the column properties (double click the column name) instead of down cells in the sheet. Update Requests are row-by-row, so it will only grab the data in that single row number, not the rows below.

    Set your "Equipment" column to be a dropdown type, then list out the machine equipments there.

    I would personally recommend having each of your "Machine" headers be their own dropdown column in the sheet, as that may be easier to manage. Here's more information: https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/2480081-dropdown-list-column-type
