Smartsheet & Docusign integration - Error for sending docs due to "failed email and/or name cells"
Hi,
I established an integration between Smartsheet and Docusign. I have assigned roles in Docusign and mapped the relevant columns in Smartsheet. In smartsheet I enabled the relevant colums to be contactlists. The contact I used for testing is my own name + email address (which should be correct).
Neverthess, I get an error message that Smartsheet "failed to find email and/or name cells for recipient XX"
Anyone that can help me to figure out where it breaks? All email addresses are filled and should be correct… Also, how do I know to which recipient (29726636) the error message is refering to?

Can you double check the mapping on the Assign Roles tab of the Document Builder?
"You can use either two text/number fields or a contact column that contains a name and email address."
Currently, all participants names and email addresses must be in the sheet, even if there are static values set on the DocuSign template.
If this hasn't helped, I would suggest reaching out to Smartsheet Support with a screen recording of the error you're getting, each tab of your Document Builder configuration, your underlying sheet, and the DocuSign template.
