Control Center - include Intake sheet attachment

I've set up a blueprint and want to include attachments that are submitted on the Intake sheet to pull over to a sheet within the template folder. I've included "Intake attachments" from the "Intake Settings", however the attachments are not pulling over once the auto provisioning is complete.

    Hi @T Klausner,

The issue with your dashboard does sound like unexpected behaviour - as long as the reports exist in the blueprint folder, the dashboard should reference the new items - so again, I’d recommend creating a Support ticket for this. If you can provide screenshots showing your blueprint settings, the template dashboard and the widget settings for the affected widgets, that will help the team to investigate.

    Thanks,

    Georgie

    Hi @T Klausner,

The Intake Attachments option will pull in any attachments from the relevant project in the intake sheet that are present at the time the project is provisioned - any attachments added to the intake sheet after the project is provisioned will not be included. More information can be found here: Smartsheet Control Center: Create a blueprint.

If you’d like the ability to include attachments added to the intake sheet after provisioning, please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in the Smartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topic here in the Community.

However, if attachments that existed on the row at the time of provisioning are not being pulled into the relevant sheet, please create a ticket with our Support team so that they can investigate the issue.

    Thanks,

    Georgie

Thank you for the response. The attachments that are being submitted through the intake sheet form, populated on the intake sheet, are not being pulled over so I'll submit a ticket.

Another question pretraining to SCC auto provisioning, specific to dashboards. I have a dashboard created in my template folder that is being populated by four different reports from the campaign plan with the same template folder. When I test, the dashboard is set up correctly and the correct reports are linked to the correct widgets in the template folder. When SCC auto provisions the new campaign, the dashboard is not linking to the correct reports. The new campaign dashboard is linking to sheets outside the new campaign folder reports. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
