Avoid sending sheet link in alert, but I'll need to send attachment

In some situations, I want to send an alert to user with attachment in smartsheet. But I don't want them to see the sheet link and information like 'one row changed'

The reason is as below:

1. Some users alerted will be curious and click on the sheet link and apply for access which we don't want to give.
2. The content and structure of alert email is not good looking with so many useless information
