Separate Names in a Team list
Hello!
I have a Project Intake sheet that has a Team Column that includes multiple names. I would like to separate them and link to a new sheet.
I would like to create a new sheet that has 2 lines, instead of one. Both lines would have identical information for Site Name, Turbine number, start date and End date, but only one name. I would like this sheet to be linked to the original sheet so that if I make a change on the Project Intake Sheet, the change will reflect on the new sheet. Is this possible?

Hi,
I hope you're well and safe!
Do you have access to the Control Center add-on, or would you use a template sheet that you'd copy for each new row?
I hope that helps!
Be safe, and have a fantastic week!
Best,

Hi Andree, I do not have access to the Control Center add-on. I manually add a new line to the project intake sheet, it is not a template.

Ok, but would it be ok to have the other sheet as a template and save it as new for each new submission?

I suppose, but I am not sure what you are getting at.

You could have a template structured with formulas that collect the correct row using a specific ID to match the rows between the sheets. The template could then be set to create two rows in the format that you need.
Make sense?

What would those formulas look like?
