System admin in two different instances?
Is it possible for me to become a system administrator in two different instances?
We ourselves use Smartsheet US and one of our customers uses Smartsheet EU. I would like to be an admin in both instances.
When I try to assign the rights for the EU instance, I get a message that the accounts are combined? What impact would this have?

Hi Karmen,
As I understand it, you tried to add a US instance's System Admin to the EU instance and set that user as a System Admin. This action triggers a Smartsheet account consolidation process, detailed in the link below.

A user can not be a System Admin for different instances/accounts.
