Remove "work" and company title/#employees from free account registration form

The form/survey function is great, especially when adding a login. However, we cannot use a survey for individual use. For example, we want customers to share information with us via a form survey. They are individuals not affiliated with a company. To register, Smartsheet wants a "work email" then asks for their title and number of employees in their company. This makes it confusing for non-company-related users. Could you instead allow a free registration for surveys without bringing "work" into it or have that as an option for a survey link when creating a survey?
