Automation Question:
I did not see an Automation category. My sheet has a date field (Update Flag). This field gets updated with current date everytime a change to specific columns are done. The automation is set-up to look at that field and if it is "not in the last" 14 days send a message to the user in the "Owner" field. It works in one sheet, but does not work in the other. Any suggestions?

Cancel team. Since the "owner" field was converted, the user names needed to have email addresses added. I recognized that just after typing my question. Lesson learned…if you are going to convert a field from text to contact, make sure the contact email addresses are added. 😂
