Unexpected Error Message
Hello - my sheet has a form that sends an automated email with a link to users populated in a dropdown via a checkbox. I've got a user who is receiving an "unable to determine your identity" error message when she clicks the link from the Smartsheet automated email.
Does anyone know how to fix this to get my user access to the form on the other side of this link?

I saw someone else having the same issue recently. I'll see if I can find the post and get back to you if I do.Otherwise, I recommend submitting a support ticket through the new Smartsheet Support Portal.
