Alerts in Automation Not Working?

Anyone else having problems with Alerts not working in automation?

I have multiple solutions with alerts and none are working. I have tested with internal email addresses and external.

All other automations seem to be working including "Request an Approval".

    What is the trigger you set up? Did these automations use to work?

    Thank you for the reply. I ended up working with Smartsheet Support. Could not find a definitive cause but may have been an internal IT issue resulting from a temporary tightening of external email screening. Automated alerts began flowing again 24 hours after the first recorded incident.
