I would like to see a way to block resources from tracking time to projects where they have not been assigned any tasks on the Project Plan in Smartsheet. This is causing huge deviation in our actual hours and costs vs planned hours and costs. For example, a project phase is planned to only be worked by three resources at cost X, and this is what is approved in the budget. But then we have six resources tracking time, and the cost becomes 2X. The other 3 people added the time using the "Report Time for Something else" feature. I'd like to prevent this, and only if they are added to the project plan can they track time. This way we can approve changes ahead of time
