Copy row automation is not copying all data (assigned people in contact list row)

We have a 'copy rows to another sheet' automation that is working correctly except for one column, the "assigned to"/contacts column has stopped copying the data. It was working well until last week. No changes to the automation took place. I removed and re-added the automation and confirmed no automations in the destination file are overriding the data.

Any thoughts as to what is causing this issue?

Did somebody maybe change the name of the field on either the source or target, maybe Smartsheet is recognizing it as a new column. And depending on how your target sheet is formatted, it can auto-hide any 'new' columns being copied in.

Thank you for responding. Yes, this actually is what happened. Someone edited the name very slightly, so it was adding it as a new field at the very end.
