my collaborate cannot edit my sheet

i have a Pro plane , and when i invite some one to edit and share my owned sheet , he can see sheet as view only unless he has permission editor and share
NB : in share window i found this hint ..
that mean all my collaborates needs to purchase license ?!!

Yes, the Pro Plan will only work to collaborate with other licensed users in the same account.
