Resource Management
Hello,
I am trying to use the Resource Management function but I am unable to connect to the URL: https://rm.smartsheet.eu/
I get the following message: "You aren't associated with any organizations. Your Smartsheet credentials aren't associated with any Resource Management organizations. Ask your Admin to invite you to their organization under the People tab in Account Settings. Learn more."
I also cannot access the governance control in the Smartsheet Admin Center. I get the message "An issue has occurred!".
Thank you for your

I also had this issue. We were locked out of Resource Management for several hours. I raised a ticket and the issue was resolved later that evening.
When I logged back in, I noticed the login experience had changed. Previously logging into Smartsheet and then accessing Resource Management required that I select the account from a list of one option. After the outage, I noticed that, if I was logged in to Smartsheet already, I was immediately logged into Resource Management.
I'm guessing this was caused by a change to the functionality. Welcome, but needed an announcement that we were going to be offline for a day. -
Hello Tony,
Thank you for your response. I have never had to choose an account to access Resource Management.
I have opened a support ticket, so we'll see what the response is :-)
I have a screenshot of the Resource Management screen, but I cannot modify any settings, such as using hours instead of days.

Hello - I am also a little curious (in January 2025) about what exactly is the functionality and feature set of Resource Management in Smartsheet today, so I did some research.
I see on the Resource Management sales page FAQs that …
https://www.smartsheet.com/platform/resource-management- Workload tracking features are included in Smartsheet Business and Enterprise plans
- For additional features like capacity planning, time tracking, skill-based assignments, and reporting, you'll need to upgrade to Resource Management by Smartsheet, available for Business and Enterprise plans. The cost depends on the number of users. For detailed pricing, please contact us.
So, my understanding is that, as an Enterprise user, I have some basic Resource Management tools available but not others, since about Feb 2024.
It appears that the workload tracking features can support visibility of allocation across sheets, which is super-cool. That said, this vis doesn't seem to be exportable in any way and requires a license (on legacy subscription model) and resource viewer role checked. Thus, it's cool but only for administrators unless you want to take screenshots, build out missing features in reports perhaps, or look into purchasing the full module.
I'm just hoping it doesn't go away and that I don't have what I have as a result of someone requesting a trial without my knowledge. - Workload tracking features are included in Smartsheet Business and Enterprise plans
