I need to run an external report from our ATS software & merge it to smartsheets with automations

I will be pulling a weekly report from our ATS system to create a "master data sheet" of all of our requisitions. I want to put this into a smartsheet sheet & set up automations from this to allow me to remind our recruiters to complete action items & track the health of the requistions. How can I do this seamlessly & allow for easy maintenance

Do you have access tot he premium add-on Data Shuttle?

We have 2 licenses to that in the company but I do not have one myself. I was hoping to see if anyone had a workaround for this

Data Shuttle isn't restricted by a number of licenses. Your system admin should be able to grant you the ability to create data shuttle workflows (assuming there are no internal policies or anything else I am unaware of).
Outside of data shuttle, you are looking at the API, the premium add-on Bridge (more user friendly interface for the API), or some third party app such as Zapier or power automate.
