Proofreader should not have the ability to delete a proof

Smartsheet, please enhance the proofing feature. Currently, the proofreader can convert attachments to proofs and delete proofs. Proofreaders should only be able to provide annotated comments and should not have the ability to delete proofs.

Please include a feature to enable or disable the proofreader's ability to convert attachments to proofs and delete proofs, as these functions should be reserved for requester.
