Assigning multiple people to the same project, visible in Card view

Hello! I would like to be able to have multiple values per cell in either dropdown or contacts column, & to still be able to use that column as a swim lane in card view.
eg: I have 2 people to assign to 1 project. When I select multiple names in the 'Responsible For' column then switch to card view, I can't view by my team's names in card view. The option doesn't show up.

It would be great if maybe the project duplicates within each user's name column. And updating one card would update the others with the same title.
